I know I've mentioned before how much I love working with a local company. So I'm excited to share with you HollyWorks!

HollyWorks is an Etsy shop owned by Jane. She lives in Bend, Oregon with her two big Malamutes and also owns a company called Holly Contracting & Design with her brother. She is a general contractor and home builder. Her HollyWorks studio is her way to relax and switch out of work mode.

HollyWorks offers her signature Kernel Kozi as well as Neck Kozi, Eye Soother, Back Relaxer and the Kids Kozis!

I was lucky enough to have the chance to review the Kids Kozi in the woodlands animal print.

What is a Kids Kozi?
The Kids Kozi is a new modern fun corn bag! And if you don't know about corn bags and all they are good and useful for, read on!

A corn bag is a hot pack/cold pack, bean bag pillow all in one! You can warm it up in the microwave and use it as you would a hot water bottle or just to snuggle or you can freeze it and use it as a cold pack or on a hot day to keep cool. When warmed in the microwave it stays warm for hours!

Let me tell you, we have only had this Kozi for about a month and it has been everywhere. My oldest son LOVES this thing. He slept with it every night for a week after we got it. It has been used as hot pack, a cold pack, a pillow, a weight to hold blankets for a fort, a bean bag, a snuggle buddy.

One of my favorite features it that the outer designer fabric can be washed and comes off like a pillowcase. A much needed feature with two little boys manhandling this thing 24/7. It is also very well sewn and the fabric choices and combinations are so cute.

The directions say for heating place in microwave for 4 minutes (+/-). I found about 2 minutes in our microwave heated the bag plenty for my son. It stays warm for hours. It was awesome to have when my son was sick. I could heat up the bag and it would keep him warm and happy, resting nicely on the couch.

Anyone with kids needs to have one of these Kozis handy. Such a small affordable item that can be used for so many things.
