Ellie (formerly P.V. Body) Review

I told you back in January about a company I was excited to work with as a brand ambassador, PV Body.  A monthly subscription service for high quality workout clothing! I loved the idea!

The concept was great and they grew quickly, however people wanted more choices and a bigger part of picking out their outfits. See PV Body would pick and choose outfits for you, a top and bottom, per a style quiz you filled out. So your monthly package would always be a surprise.

They took note of their clients suggestions and decided they could do more and offer more if they created their own line of workout gear. And thus PV Body is now Ellie!

So now with Ellie you get fabulous high quality work out clothing, but you choose your pieces! Each month Ellie launches a new line of gear with a theme. All the pieces go together and are guaranteed to have you looking great on your exercise adventure, no matter what that might be.

When you become a Ellie member (a Fit FashionistaClub Member) you get to choose any two pieces for just $49.95 a month. And Free shipping on all orders! That is less than $25 per item! And honestly if you have ever shopped for work out gear...and I'm sure you all have, you will know that yes you can find items for less than $25...some and the quality may not be what Ellie has to offer. And well this comes right to your door too! No extra gas money and a fun package to boot!

Ellie Review
The February Collection had so many great choices I had a hard time choosing. In the end I went with The Vixen Tank and the Kiss Me Capri pants. My packaged arrived in a timely fashion and sporting a bright shiny pink envelope that makes you just want to rip it open and dig right in! Sizing was all correct and honestly I couldn't wait for my workout to try my new gear!

Now The Vixen tank is not my normal style and honestly you won't find me wearing this to any gym. I will wear it jogging around my neighborhood and my thought was when choosing this piece was that it could possibly make a great swim top. I like the draping top and the coverage of what I call "Mom Belly". I ordered a size medium and I think I could have been ok with the small as it doesn't fit real tight. It is comfortable and cute but definitely for warm weather or indoors. My photos were taken in freezing weather...burrr!
The Kiss Me Capri pants are my absolute fave! I feel so skinny and toned in these pants and they are so so comfortable. They have a mid rise so they tuck and tighten in anything you want to hide and are made for a fabulous workout in mind. The pink and mesh detailing at the top adds just the right amount of style too. I ordered medium in these as well and although they appear very small when you open them up, they stretch and fit great. I think a large may have been too loose for working out.

The Ellie March collection is already out and this time it is their "Little Black Collection". All pieces are black and super cute and stylish. I can't wait to share my thoughts and review on this collection.

I know others have had some delays and problems when ordering with Ellie, however all of my interactions and orders have been nothing but fantastic. You can sign up with Ellie and cancel or skip a months order at any time. You can also return or exchange items with free shipping both directions. So you really don't have anything to lose. Ellie is willing to work with you and wants to make your experience with them and their clothing nothing but amazing.

I just really love this concept. I am not a huge work out buff, but honestly receiving new work out clothing each month to my door step is a little bit extra motivation and reward. Why not feel good while working out and reward yourself! You deserve it!

Try Ellie today and have that added push to workout that I know so many of us need! You will also receive 20% off when signing up through this link!

  1. I really love this idea. I always looked horrific when I was working out. Now that I need to start working out again, this is a great idea!
